We’ve had such a busy start to the Autumn term already, here are a few highlights to share…

A small team (Josh B, Sam E & Libinson) went out onto the uni campus last week to do some questionnaires with students – asking about their world view and offering bibles. Nearly every student they met was happy to talk, seemed intrigued and nearly all said they would go to church if invited.

It has been fab to host new students on a Sunday and welcome many into our homes for lunch over the last couple of weeks and our Student team have been amazing at facilitating this connection with the wider church family.

Our Community Cafe has been back up and running and it has been encouraging to see the Eritrean local community continuing to come along each week and getting to know Gateway people.

We hosted 19 church leaders including a senior national leader from Ghana where we had a powerful prayer time together.

Gateway Church have received a £15,000 grant.

The team in Uganda had a great time connecting with the church in the north and Antony was able to lead a police officer to Christ.
