Lots to look back on, celebrate and thank God for over the past few weeks…

We had a fantastic night in October where we invited comedian Andy Kind for an outreach event and welcomed 22 guests along.

Over the school half term holiday we again ran our Make Lunch program and were able to bless a number of local families into the building for a free meal and some fun. Thank you to Bethan, Hannah and others who helped out.

During our all-together gathering at the end of October we celebrated the baptisms of 4 incredibly brave individual who were dedicating their lives to Christ in this public symbol of faith – each shared a very moving a powerful testimony.

We recently held a vision and values course for those new to Gateway and saw 11 people come along to find out more about our church.

Our Ukraine prayer team are still faithfully meeting regularly and feel stirred to continue to pray and bless the churches and leaders in Ukraine we are connected with.

And finally our Community café celebrated it’s 1st birthday the other week and we are so encouraged and grateful that it is still being well attended with a great buzz of regular folk from Gateway and from the local area; we are also now on the map as a place of warmth and a location for those to come over the winter who are struggling to heat their own homes.
